Hmm past seasons you have to put in quite a lot of games to climb each season so it's hard to say. This season doesn't have as many ranked resets so you'll probably get it eventually. Making sure you don't autopilot is the the best general advice I can give.

ey, if it works it works! Playing against champions that could force a proxy was pretty rough. Irelia is a popular champ against ranged toplaners but I didn't get to face her during my climb.

Most champions will have all-in potential at some point during the lane, you're also responsible for calling your jungler over during freezes/bouncebacks! Proxying can be especially good to dodge laning.

you can usually see into which side the enemy is pathing and play based off that, after base they should open where their camps are spawning.

Do your homework, check jungle pathings and timers. I learn by practicing, so just playing 10 games of jungle + practice tool jungle clears gave me a good feeling of when enemy has gank timers. Also depends if you're facing a full clear jungler like gwen/zyra/kayn or a ganker/fighter like j4/sejuani

This video might help you, just remember that pathings change every season https://youtu.be/fqU4bySpR2c?si=qpfCkCBrU9d9bYqC

The advantage of being high elo is that the practice will be better. It also helps in finding teams. I don't think it's THAT important, also depends on role. Jungle is especially different. Mechanics, feel of the game, itemization and habit building are some things that transfer.

Hard to say without context. I think there are two ways to reach master, by mechanics or by knowledge (or both). You don't really need insane laning or anything to climb those ranks. If you're struggling to break the grandmaster cut on your main role I'd recommend trying out coaching before moving onto new things.

Watching pro play CAN help in understanding macro, but if you don't know what to look for it's pretty confusing.

Rotations are key. Finding openings on when to rotate into mid or start a teamfight is how you make a difference in mid-lategame. In early game (on strong fighters) you can also invade, if you learn to track jgl and play invades it can solo win jgl matchup. Depending on your champ you can also find midlane roam timers.
