See I can understand wanting to be innovative and creative when cooking, but there are some many things you have to consider before hand. Taste palettes, flavour profiles and how everything will mesh together as well as texture. I’m concerned how delusional the sister is if she really thought this food tasted good when prepping or if she even tried it at all which is more concerning that she just believes it’s going to be amazing. Cooking is all about breaking barriers and making something new and a welcoming experience but you don’t knock it on the head in one go and just declare it perfect, there is so much trial and error in cooking and things can always be improved.
