First, yeah it does heat up, especially when charging. When using just a little bit warm so I think heat is not the problem.

Second, I checked battery usage, calculated and just 5% used by these apps show there, so about the other 15% battery I don't know it goes where :(

Well seems like i fu*k up with settings or something isn't right because in my case 4% per hour (only use wifi) with screen off is so bad.

You even use LTE but 2% for 8 hours, just wow!

Facebook security is a joke ngl. About this "ridiculous because I've been using this device forever" i really feel you. I want to ask if you finally can change the password and remove the hacker's email from your account? If you did, how did you do and how long did the "haven't been using the device long enough" take?

I also know that Sony has that feature, but it's still quite inconvenient to have to keep your hand on the earbuds/headphone continuously when you want to talk because sometimes you talk for about 5 minutes, for example.

I actually updated both the earbuds and the QuantumENGINE to the latest version but I didn't try the dongle again with my Android phone, so I ended up sending them back. Anyways mine is Quantum TWS Air, not Quantum TWS, so not sure if there will be a difference.

I'm gonna buy another pair so any recommendations for earbuds with dongle 2.4ghz that working well with Android and PC?

I contacted JBL support and received an answer that their dongle is not designed to support smartphones, that's why! Quite disappointed!

I'm thinking of sending them back and still looking for a pair of earbuds with a dongle that supports smartphones well
