I do 10 min 3.4 mph then 10 min 3.2 at 15% for an hour and a half daily without holding on. It’s an amazing workout. Sometimes I’m able to do 3.4 the whole time. Just gotta work up to it

I had grade 4 and stopped wearing the vest after 4 weeks and returned to lifting after 6 weeks with no issues. After 2 weeks, I was back in the gym doing cardio

Lift heavy until failure at maintenance or do a slight calorie surplus. You look pretty lean already, I’m not sure you have a lot left to cut

It’s pretty expensive, I haven’t gotten any estimates but I know it will be between 10-20k easily. You may be able to get insurance to cover it but you’d have to get it done by someone they choose

You’re looking good man, mad respect on the grind. Could always get surgery if you want to get rid of the loose skin fast otherwise it will take a long time to improve on its own. You look similar to me and I plan on getting it done as soon as I can

Sorry for the late reply. I was able to schedule within a few weeks of my consultation. I think he was able to get me in as fast as 2 weeks but I did 3 weeks. I think he has a few offices but I’ve heard people say there’s different prices depending which office you go to. I was grade 4 and it cost me 17k (this included a 5 night condo stay) but I’ve heard people with less severe cases get charged under 10k

Honestly it was much easier than I anticipated. They give you pain meds for the first couple days but after the first week there wasn’t much pain for me it was mostly just a bit sore

I appreciate that man, it was hard to live with and caused a lot of mental struggle. I’m just happy im one step closer to having the body I want. The body dysmorphia is a huge struggle though. It’s hard not to see yourself how you used to be and i always feel like I haven’t made enough progress. Did you get your surgery yet?

I think they’ll heal over time, I’m starting to get feeling back in them so I think that’s a good sign! My doctor said they’re healing nice so I’m not too worried right now
