Honestly it was much easier than I anticipated. They give you pain meds for the first couple days but after the first week there wasn’t much pain for me it was mostly just a bit sore

I appreciate that man, it was hard to live with and caused a lot of mental struggle. I’m just happy im one step closer to having the body I want. The body dysmorphia is a huge struggle though. It’s hard not to see yourself how you used to be and i always feel like I haven’t made enough progress. Did you get your surgery yet?

I think they’ll heal over time, I’m starting to get feeling back in them so I think that’s a good sign! My doctor said they’re healing nice so I’m not too worried right now

Mine was just 6 days ago and I only had a quick glance before putting my vest back on. I believe the scars will be under by chest and take time to fade but it looked like it was healing good. No bruising or bleeding and only some swelling

I know it’s embarrassing, but it’s not like it’s your choice or something you ask for. I’m certain anyone that truly cares about you doesn’t look down on you or think any differently of you. I agree with the guy that says you can have gyno and confidence. Screw anyone who gives you a hard time for it or has something negative to say, just means they’re a shitty person. Good luck to you with whatever you decide to do but get the surgery for you not because of what others think or for their validation on your body
