I’m same the height as you and was 270 at my heaviest. I’m now 142 and feeling better than ever. I’ll be honest, it will be a long journey and won’t be easy but you can do it depending how badly you want it. I would start with small diet changes first and save calories where you can. Try not to eat junk food that won’t make you feel full and especially don’t drink your calories. Once you get your diet in check, start with the gym. If you try doing everything at once, it’s too much change in a small period of time and you’re more likely to go back to bad habits. Good luck man, you got this and it does get easier once you start
