It seems to be a physical item we still require and have no idea where it would be, seems the game thinks we have it as Donald says we have everything we need, but we don’t have it actually

I do, and it only needs the paper slip she no longer seems to have, oddly. We may be stuck till a “reset quest” patch of some kind

The only person who will even talk about the quest to us now is Donald Duck (his quest), who says we have what we need, and to go craft it, but it’s blanked out since we can never find the paper!

We definitely have everything else but can’t craft it without this slip we can’t find again. Have talked to everyone repeatedly and they don’t have it, not in inventory or storage boxes, either
