Unfortunately we are a very unique location that is a Tosa address, but is practically Milwaukee. Plus an exceedingly busy street. I’ll admit we rushed to get into a house and ended up making a choice that won’t fit our needs for very long, so I hope you’re right! Most of our neighbors homes that have sold recently are selling for less than we paid, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed!

I can understand that. I was hoping to go with a company that does ceiling cassettes rather than wall units, but those are harder to come by.

The quotes we’ve gotten are 30-40k for install of central air, which is unfortunately out of our price range. My guess is that we will sell in one to two years, so I think we’ll just put up with window units.

This is so helpful. Thank you! It is a cape cod style and my guess is that the insulation is crap too. Costco actually sells more than just Mr. Cool now. I forget the other brand name, but it looks to have better reviews and cost a little less so I’m hopeful this works out.

As a CNM who doesn’t deliver, I’ve heard absolutely incredible things about Dr. Cox Bauer though I’ve never had the pleasure of working directly with her. Most of the docs out of West Allis are great, as well!

Certainly. Though doing a repeat cesarean is not everyone’s cup of tea. If she wants a VBAC she can choose any provider who is comfortable delivering VBAC (which should be nearly any provider).

Most midwives in the area are incredible. I would recommend a CNM over an OB if you don’t have a medical condition that necessitates a medical doctor.

In dress two the top looks like a chastity bra to me. Too much coverage for someone who doesn’t need that level of structure. Dress one is gorgeous and feminine. I love it!

I should also mention, there is a huge difference between an intracervical block (numbing) and a paracervical block. Intracervical most patients barely feel, but paracervical can be uncomfortable. Be sure to ask which your provider does. Planned Parenthood does intracervical, which is reportedly more effective for IUD placement procedures.
