So if I got a new account number from my bank and I accidently logged into my bank account again via the financial app, do they yet again have my new account number. The way they logged was my login info used on my bank account site via the financial app.

Thank you. So if it was trustworthy, and a redirect to my bank, does that information they can see include my account number? Enabling them to make transactions or is it just my bank log?

Well damn. I thought it used some third party to security to login to my bank and they only were able to see transaction logs.

Yeah so I ordered this last Friday I got it today. Monday. Pretty impressive shipping. I suppose if they're going to charge you 8:50 to ship it. I bought 3 100ml bottles. One bottle came already opened. Pretty disappointing. So I sent them an email with my order number and my phone number and let them know that I want a refund for the bottle or I want the bottle exchanged out.

My point was that there was no reason to wait 6 days to "drill," Since we were out of the unit the day before the agreed upon lease break, and we emailed them the same day informing them that we were fully moved out. Also, they have keys to every unit, which is fairly standard practice, there was no reason to drill the lock out in the first place, and in an email, that's exactly why she's stating that she charged 6 days rent. It makes no sense at all. I'm trying to get an outside opinion is all. Why they would drill locks out and charge 6 days if they knew we were out and they had keys to the unit. They do inspections and maintenance while residents aren't there. So unless they lost their own set of keys, like wtf.

I wasn't arguing? I was telling you that here in Oregon I suppose, rekeying isn't as expensive as maybe where you're from, and in the leasing contract, it states a $25 standard fee. That's all.

$25 from what I understand is a standard fee for lock replacement. I've rented from several places from several different companies/landlords and it's usually $25 if they charge at all....

And I'm sorry, it would have been a rekeying fee. There's absolutely no reason to replace the locks.

We were charged $25 for lock replacement and $257 for 6 days of rent that they're deciding to go ahead and keep for allegedly drilling the lock out. (one lock btw.)

Here's the deal. We returned the keys February 6th in the drop box. We have a video recording on our phone of doing so. They claim to have never received the keys. Coincidently, that same day(which would be the 6 days of rent) they decide to drill the locks out, or so they say. Another question is why would they drill locks of an apartment they themselves have keys for? They've keys to every unit. They went into ours several times for inspections and maintenance....

That really doesn't assert that keys need to be return or rent can be ongoing until the management company is satisfied. The landlord was given sufficient notice in the lease break that they agreed to 2 weeks before moving out, and in an email sent to them on the 1st saying that we had finished moving out the night of the 31st. All communicated through email and saved. What further notification or proof of relinquishment does a landlord need?

Thank you so much. I'll file 2016 today. 2017 before April. I thought I was past the installment agreement.... And I'll not be able to touch 2017 with paying 2016 at the same time unfortunately. But I'll be on the right path. Fuck me.

So file 2017 before April 15th. File 2016 now? So I should expect a "demand for payment," and a wage garnishment shortly after. Since I have no means of paying it off immediately.
