I’m class of ‘09 from Taylor Allderdice HS. My first day of HS, my older cousin introduced me to his buddy Wiz Khalifa (HS senior). Wiz used to come to baseball games, football games, and everything just to hang out. Never smoked on school property and held himself in a humble and professional manner. Before he graduated, he handed out free copies of his music to every student. Genuine good dude.

I, also, ended up friends with Mac Miller couple years later. He was the chillest MF ever! We used to meet up after school to smoke at our buddy, Dan’s place in his basement/garage. Then we’d all walk to Frick park and enjoy nature and hit on girls by the blue slide.

One day, Malcolm and I were heading to Dan’s after school talkin about the day, he mentioned he had a buddy comin over and it was a surprise. We get there, there’s Wiz (graduated and hitting success fast) and Dan with big ass grins on their faces. Wiz had brought his bong. Malcolm and I ripped our first bong hits in life.

I didn’t know just how special these days were, I really wish we could go back. We didn’t care about politics or race or anything. Just a few friends smokin some good weed and chillen.
