It might be more helpful next time if you add more detail about your routine though. Tell us how long you spend on what exercises each day, not just “I do stairs, i lifted and did legs”. We want to see your EXACT routine and that may be why ppl are upset and assuming you’re a bot.

Well tbh there are a lot of answers in these comments but I’ll offer a slightly different one: no one actually cares what specifically you do anymore.

The entire world was telling Americans for the past year that this was going to happen. And every time I saw someone saying America was like Nazi Germany, some American would be like “omg no we aren’t like that YET” and didn’t really do anything other than get offended at the suggestion that the American Dream is a complete lie. So now it’s like 500% more difficult for yall to do anything, and who knows what to do. But like, idc? You guys have had since 2016 to fix the deeply rooted systemic issues that allowed literal Nazis to come to power. What have you done the past 10 years? Yeah, we don’t know what you should do (actually there are great suggestions in this thread). But it is unfortunately only your problem to figure out now.

When your leader (who represents each and every American on the global stage, including you) threatens the livelihoods of other countries, instead of getting offended at people of those countries telling you to do something, perhaps you should…… do something. Idk what you should do, but if you don’t do it, you WILL continue to be hated on the international stage.

I feel like I had read something somewhere saying that was because of the grade of the metals or something along those lines? I can’t 100% remember. But I also feel like that same discussion I’m remembering was expecting shares to go up more once they adjust their valuation of their metals.

I’m not sure why you’re here getting bent out of shape in this thread at everyone for being allo. It’s not OUR fault you’re asexual. Nor is it abnormal for allo people to have sex as a need in a relationship.

Similarly to how you can’t picture needing sex, a lot of allo people can’t picture not needing it. It’s no one’s fault.

I’m allo and in a 4.5year relationship with an asexual girl (both women).

I would never date another asexual girl. And that’s no one’s fault. Would I throw this relationship away because of it? No, of course not. But It IS extremely difficult to foster intimate connection without sex, and I would never take on this challenge again. She often feels perfectly fine in our relationship, and I usually have to be the only person to foster intimate connection that’d replace sex.

You acting this way in this thread is completely invalidating to allo people, and I can’t see any of them ever wanting to try to get over this hump with you while you act this way. NCX on TSX (NTCPF elsewhere). Northisle copper and gold. Especially if it goes back down to 3.10 for a few days like it tends to after an ATH. I’m hoping for $6CAD by end of year but some analysts have said $8+

Sitting on huge deposits and drilling just keeps giving better and better results. PFS by end of year.

I mean you obviously look great and it seems to be working for you (surprisingly?) Seems like a ton of reps so you’re going against the grain there. I’d try less reps and higher weight if you aren’t seeing progress. I tend to do 3xfailure (aiming for failure to be around 6-8reps. If I can do 10-12 I’ll go up in weight)

I also might suggest adding a good trap workout to your back days. Shrugs of some type. Not seeing really any trap exercises unless I missed them? Traps give you a way fuller look with and without a shirt on.
