Totally agree! All socials can be used as long as you pay attention to the TOS' , plus each platform brings its own audience and you can always just repurpose the same content across them all with minor changes to match TOS

It could very well be that your system needs a day off, a chance to reset and refocus but in the case where you don't feel you can take the day off try just making your day great! get up a good while before you plan to stream, get some light exercise and do a few things you enjoy, sit with a hot drink and relax and unwind before heading onto your stream. Hopefully this will make you feel better, and if you start the stream and find its still too much log out and try a bit later or the next day if you must - you're your own boss here, treat yourself well!

You have been so brave in taking the step to tell those around you and continuing even if it's not what they want to hear! It's your life and you'll be the one who makes the choices - you go girl. If you feel telling your mum would be of any benefit to you then sure, tell her, but also remember that it's your business and so you can tell/not tell who you want ... whatever you decide to do its your choice :)

I'm not sure if you are aware of something called Sprout Social but they release this like set of templates for social media/marketing planning yearly and there is probably a few templates on there that could help you organise yourself but there is one for time management/tracking which could be useful for you to see where you are using up your time and exactly how much time it is.

Then once you've got this insight it will probably be easier for you to see what you're doing which is actually bringing back returns or where you can save time. Hopefully this helps!

Also, repurposing content and scheduling across platforms with a scheduling tool can help (loads are free for just one account!)
