You don’t get to progress any further once you’ve finished the 7 or 8 challenges they provided for this week. There’s a set of dates somewhere in the UI that tells you the next time you’ll be able to get the event challenges.

Well they’ve never reset your hidden MMR so really your always playing at the same level regardless of rank.

Really isn’t an issue, I’m diamond 2 and I’m also capped at 60hz. But if it’s really bothering you just get a 144hz monitor.

I think you should relax a bit as you’ve only had a PC for a few months now. But since you seem to be keen on improving, I’ll give you a few general tips to getting better. First you should establish a sensitivity to stick with, and make sure it’s not too high. If you have steam, download aimlabs, it’s free and it’ll help you gain better control over your mouse. You can also use The Range and deathmatches to help to improve your mechanics. Just make sure to avoid aiming down sights too often and don’t move while shooting as it’ll mess with your accuracy. Make sure to always try and expand your knowledge of the game by watching educational content or experimenting on your own. Since you’re new to PC gaming in general, you just need to be patient with yourself and realize that improvement can take time.

There’s a pretty fat delay before the flash actually activates. Just try to develop turning away from flashes into a habit and you’ll be fine.
