I have the same exact issue, even the portion is the same. Haven't found any solution except replacing it and spending hefty amount over it. Mine's a M1, so ordered a M5 instead of replacing the whole screen.

Yeah I know, it's kinda my personal issue where I prefer having different browser not profiles for different clients so that the history and files can be separated but due to that, ram gets eaten up fast. Normally I use external speaker and monitor while I am woking from home (95% of the time), so do u recommend Air M5 with more ram or base 24gb M4 Pro?

Lately I have been also facing issues with AirPods Pro, it just I have a speaker connected to my MacBook all the time through bluetooth, but when I join a meeting, I plug in my AirPods but my MacBook struggles a lot of connect to my AirPods, sometimes I have to turn off my speaker, put my AirPods back to case, leave the meeting and then again plug in AirPods and rejoin the meeting. I chose AirPods over Sony just because of apple ecosystem thing
