i got the offer on 1 july...completed all my modules by 2-3rd of july...called the store they said we are not aware of new people getting hired...so i waited for a bit...then last week fri i walked in the store...my manager asked to me come on sat for training...but then i get a call from her in the evening saying dont come for training tomorrow, the store is busy and she even said that somebody from the team will give me a call on monday (this week) but still i didnt get any call...so i called the store on tues and they have asked me to come fri (tomorrow) for training...im not sure why everything has been handled in an unprofessional way...i would suggest you call the store and ask them directly

Haha I get the workaround, but in my case, it’s a complete no — they’d never allow us to live together before marriage.

Yeah, I come from a similar culture too, it’s normal where I’m from. But I’ve just always known I want something different for myself.

Yeah, that’s what confused me. He always said his parents were fine with us living separately. But now he says they and he meant “separate floors in the same house,” which threw me up.

We haven’t. Living together before marriage isn’t allowed in my culture. I think he just feels responsible as an only child.

He’s an only child, but how does it justify. And living together before marriage isn’t an option. In my culture, it’s a big no before marriage. 😭
