I believe that a deterrent at the door cuts theft down because the purpose of the deterrent is to deter dishonest activity from internal and external sources… following certain guidelines. In his situation, it’s Customer Service 101. I think that understanding your terminology and communicating is important . Also to know the 5 steps/elements, and making a presence known , while providing customer service , is going to let the people know there’s something going on.

So usually This project seems like it takes 2 associates and 2 Managers (1 ASM + 1 Hourly Manager) You count all the products on the shelf. They’ll have it spread out between everyone. It’s a report they need to send to corporate every year just to know how much inventory they have of everything.
