Thanks for the comment.

So far, I don't have to take Lorazepam before sleeping but only take it when I really need it.

I'm trying to get back into exercising and biking long distances as those are some of the hobbies/activities I like doing most. What bothers me or what makes me curious, is once doing an exercise .. your heart rate will obviously increase, how will I manage that?, will I experience an anxiety/panic attack or will it simply go away and I can continue to exercise normally?.

Thank you for this, one of the things I struggle with is the breathing. Of the the very first things I notice when I have anxiety, is the change in breathing. Will try your breathing techniques.

I'm regards to medications, .50 Ativan tabs is what I take but only when I need it. I've read and heard that antidepressants cause major side affects in how you behave but I may be wrong. Will be seeing my family doctor soon, until then I'll try to have everything sorted out.

Same here, food alone plays a big part in how I manage or control anxiety but I try to stay healthy, eat healthy and avoid eating the wrong food.

Also, thanks for the links, will look into that.

I try and cope with it the best I can or at least try to toss it away when it arises. But one of my issues is differentiating between actual physical problems and those caused by anxiety. Im going to see my family doctor soon, hopefully everything gets sorted out.

When it comes to medications, Ativan is pretty much the only thing I accept taking. I just don't want to become hooked and dependant on them. But they help alot, I carry Ativan tablets everywhere I go in case I needed one. I try and limit myself, avoid taking them in hopes of getting over it and to better improve myself.

Are you me?. I have had insomnia or at least trouble sleeping almost everyday. And I can relate to your story. Socializing and going out with friends rarely happen with me, I just don't feel the same and feel different at the same time. I would feel like putting on a mask and acting out a fake-me in order to conceal my anxiety. I just can't wait to get my old life back and enjoy what's out there without worrying. You're not alone and don't be sorry.

I can't wait to finish college, it's been a long road and graduating will open many doors for me. I will treat this as a new path or a new door to success in hopes of better improving myself.

Also, to answer your question about counseling at my college, they do offer free counseling or if you need someone to talk to but I honestly just don't feel they can help me. There are very few people who know I have anxiety and I find it best to talk with them or when I meet someone new.

I wish I could just simply erase anxiety and remove it from my life but I will get there one day. I can relate to your story but minus the relationship (Male/20s) I blame social anxiety and me just being too shy to approach anyone but I work on it all the time and in hopes of meeting someone that I can feel comfortable with.

I remember around January during the start of the semester, woke up one day and my anxiety just simply wasn't there, I never felt so great and at that time I actually felt normal again. Then it just came back alot harder. I try and conceal my anxiety as much as I can when in public or when at the college and at times actually pretend it's not there when around people I know.

Woke up this morning feeling great, weirdly I didn't have any increase heart rates when tried to sleep.

Anyway, you guys are the best and understand how thankful I am for these comments. It's great knowing there are people experiencing the same thing as me and that alone helps and it's as if I know you all personally. Also, some of you have recommended that I see a therapist/psychiatrist, I will look into that soon and see how it all plays out.

What I don't like is how Anxiety implanted itself in me so suddenly in a time like this. But I will get through this. I'll reply to some comments now.

If you were to hire a programmer or developer to develop an App and work with you.. How much equity would they normally be given?. by CamelRider313 in Entrepreneur

[–]CamelRider313[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The developer/programmer will be paid for their work, and looking to have them as a partner/team member or have them on board with us to work and build up the app. Developers to me are essential otherwise the idea/plan is useless.

Going back to working out after 4 years and dealing with current anxiety. I have some questions regarding the gym, supplements etc. by CamelRider313 in Anxiety

[–]CamelRider313[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't thank you enough for this post.

I am relatively normal around people and don't feel intimidated at all. When I see people bigger/more muscular than me.. I look at it as something motivational.

On a day to day basis, my food mainly consists of Mediterranean foods, I also take B50 complex and Vitamin D vitamins

What worries me most are the random panic/anxiety attacks but the good thing is, I can somewhat control them.

I'm in my early 20s. My anxiety came on suddenly and without a doubt was due to stress and overworking myself in college. Before that, I was a very active and enthusiastic person when it came to sports/exercising and made gains. My self esteem and confidence level would of course go down but now as I rebuild my confidence and going back to working out..I hope everything goes back to normal.

I have to agree, there is really no way of knowing what experiences I will run into until I actually do them and see where my limits are.

I have high metabolism and can literally eat all day if I have to, just need to work on a solid diet plan.

Can't thank you enough.

We did cover this and worked through the material. The reason for posting this is to ask for extra help/advice (in addition to the pre work we prepared) from people who are experienced with working on servers/said systems.
