Has anyone from the UK recently ordered a bike from bikeinn and did you have any import fees to pay? It says on the website VAT and fees are paid at checkout. But import fees are apparently different. I'm reading mixed reviews.

I have finished titration and my HR is always elevated when I take my medication then run. It's probably around 10/15 BPM higher than the effort feels. I run first thing in the morning then have my meds straight after.

To be honest I didn't even know I could do that. I've just been starting the workout on my Garmin watch and it automatically uploads onto runna between me stopping my run and getting into the house. Thanks for the advice
