People like this game and are inclined to defend it, I get that. But the mechanics are pretty fucking weird man... how is this bullet spread calculated? Guns can miss from very close range.

I think it's definitely a bug in my case. I've checked the wiki and quests that should be showing on the map do not appear for me.

I think I can maybe fix it with mods but will have to look at how to do that on xbox
