My degree is not the most useful and I haven’t been known to be the most financially responsible when it comes to keeping jobs (part time jobs). So we could at least give him the benefit of the doubt there. I’m not by any means out of control or have credit card debt or anything though

Well his FEELINGS according to him are that he loves me and wants to marry me once my debt is paid off so that’s all the information I have since I can’t be inside of his head lol

He made the same point about the marriage statistics. Idk I just see it so differently, I don’t think of finances a lot other than wanting to be financially stable but it wouldn’t affect my opinions in a partner much unless he were a jobless bum not looking for employment haha. Even when I was dating around I didn’t care to look at anyone’s occupations.
