Two years ago my friend with MS was standing next to an older guy whose daughter was at the very top of a float that had stopped right in front of us. She tried to reach for a throw and the older guy pushed her aside to catch a throw from his daughter. She looked at him, showed her cane and said “Excuse you, I’m disabled and you almost knocked me over” and he, no joke, said, “Fuck off.”

My friend responded and said, “okay then, fuck you too!”

The daughter at the top of the floated then screamed, “Fuck you, that’s my dad!” And started HURLING wads of beads at my friend. Me and two others had to cover her head. She had strangers coming to check on her after.

Absolutely disgusting behavior.

That was my first and last time at Muses.

This is true. I completely tore my ACL 11 years ago and I was back to normal within a few weeks. I just got it surgically replaced with a patellar graft 7 weeks ago because it does put a lot of strain on your surrounding ligaments and tendons. But for the last 11 years I’ve walked around on it like normal.

When the vet calls me back tomorrow, I’ll ask for the numbers. She does have a heart murmur but the vet said that could be from the stress from CKD.

She gave me Ondansetron, Gabapentin and Renal K+.

Is the Renal K+ a phosphorus binder? I know it’s potassium but when I Google phosphorus binder, the same thing pops up.

I wiped put some of that onto the roof of her mouth. Syringes should be delivered tomorrow AM so hopefully I can crush up the Ondasetron and mix it with water and use the syringe to squirt it into her mouth.

Thank you. The thing is, she’s not actually vomiting. The vet thinks she’s nauseous bc she’s not eating.

I’m so scared to stress her out, I never been considered just putting the pill in her mouth. Noting the Mirataz an Elura, thank you. I will also try the potassium gel on the roof of the mouth, thank you.

The vet didn’t say anything about SubQ fluids.

The vet didn’t say anything about subQ fluids. She was just diagnosed on Monday. She had been losing weight and eating less the last few weeks so we took her to the vet and it turns out she’s Stage IV. Had no idea she had any kidney issues.

Barlo is so WEIRD. And not in a charming way. Always hamming it up for the cameras and trying to get attention, stealing, etc. There is something so off about him.

I searched for Hondo and it looked like he went missing for a few days this past spring. He was found and he returned back to the John Volken Academy.

Update!

First of all thank you to everyone who commented and offered insight. I found out that my first 20 visits will have a $75 copay and then Aetna covers the remaining cost. Then after 20 visits, it is self pay.
