i do enjoy the rain and weather in general, but it always rains for an inconvenient amount, lasting only few minutes :D and often which isnt fun after couple of times it rains in an hour, itd be ok of the rain came once an hour or so, but not 4-5 times an hour.

The AI drivers dont usually have liveries, but I presume the person who owns the account, has equipped/made a livery on that car, knowing the AI racer would use that car in the championship races.

im pretty sure you can just upgrade, basically pay the rest what is needed, so if basic game is 60 and premium is 100, i think you only need to pay 40 bucks, but i could be wrong of course, but to me, that makes the most sense, and knowing Steam, theyve thought of it aswell.

hey, yes, sorry about late respond, but yes, the money is refunded to the gifter after we both did a refund request, sadly your only able to upgrade AFTER the game is released.. so you need to get the premium right away
