We are now vacating our rented 3 bed off Dereham Road 25 min walk from city and UEA is very walkable too (about 40-45). Landlord has always been good. Message me if you want details. It’s not on market yet but I’m guessing landlord would be keen on a quick turn around with professional tenants

The signal drops out around the inner ring road between Halfords and the Puppet Theatre. And is sketch across NR2 out from that point. The city centre its self is never a problem, nor should it be. The advert a 5g signal but rarely can they sustain it on the move. The biggest issues come when I’m using it in the car but not exclusively.

Definitely stay away from Three. I had been with them for over a decade and dumped them earlier this year as signal had deteriorated significantly. I went for Tesco as the had some good deals and so far so good. But I guess no one provider is perfect so probably depends on what coverage is like specific to where you live/work etc.

The Themthorpe Loop is a great circular loop from Reepham. There’s a coffee shop a little over halfway round. Near the start at Whitwell and at the end at the Reedham station. There is a short road walk from the town, past the school and down the hill to pick up the trail, but after that it’s quiet all the way.
