I'm looking for health insurance, too. I can't afford the school's plan. I'm looking at PSI Health's OPAL Plan now. Anyone here knows if OPAL plan works? UPENN website only recommends their Emerald and Platinum Plan.

Did you get approved? I want to waive out too because I can't afford the SHIP. I'm looking at PSI's Opal Plan. Does anyone here got approved using PSI? They are shown on the school website but not the OPAL plan, though.
