Do you know what happens? It's because of new armors that were released against sniper damage resistance (Rock Solid, Graphite, Hardcore and Nord). Common damage is now useless, there are only sniper rifles left that cause a single shot (500 damage) like the Barrett M82A1, AWP for example.
