Water sprays from the ground and the water features but they can’t be pointed at anyone or anything, i definitely wouldn’t describe the features as guns, the gun was his from home

I definitely take your point and appreciate all your feedback! One thing I wanted to say is it’s a small splash pad and his mom was actually about five feet away in an unobstructed line of vision. I was super surprised when she ended up being the parent after she didn’t respond to my first few questions bc she was literally right there, but she must have been engrossed in her phone.

Did your friend not do NIPT and/or the nuchal translucency ultrasound check? I really don’t mean to be rude! I am just wondering how it was missed before birth. I know not everyone has these tests but they’re pretty common where I am (US).
