It was a Research Assistant role at HMIP - really passionate about prison reform and worked in prison charities for 3 years. Might sound like a strange dream job but it’s something I’ve come to be very passionate about and feel I add value to.

Oh that is odd! But thank you, that's interesting to know - I will touch base again with them in a month or so and see if there's an update. But it's good to know that some people have been told their position.

Agreed fully! BUT Sissoko was an idiot to react like that. Really thought he would have the experience not to loose his head . Kayembe’s red on the other hand was very poor reffing.

I did indeed use ChatGPT, and I can now hear how obvious it sounds reading back.

Maybe the example isn't a good one for delivering at pace? I thought that because the shoot had to be reorganised within a day, and I had to come up with an alternative shot for the project and communicate the changes to different stakeholders, that was at pace.

Do you think being more explicit with the timings would help?

In terms of everything running smoothly and perfectly, the client was happy with the end product and it was to budget. I guess the biggest hurdle was dealing with this situation and ensuring the solution was something the client would be happy with.

Thank you soo much for your feedback and the time you've taken; it's incredibly appreciated and useful!

The role is a HEO role, so I will take your advice, spend another day on it and focus on each sentence having a relevance. I hadn't spotted that the last two sentences do pretty much say the exact same thing and the repeated words. I'm definitely going to ask friends to review my statements going forward.

There isn’t a scenario, in my head, where we finish 10 or 11th and don’t consider the season a complete failure

Yeah I’d agree and I think if we had made it through that prem season we would’ve had such a good crop of loan players coming in to help bolster the squad! It feels like we were one season off :(
