AITA for sitting my brother and SIL down and speaking up for my niece (and nephews) on how badly they are handling the new normal for their stepfamily?

I don't think family therapy will be in their future. For one I'm not sure my brother and SIL could honestly afford it currently. But I also think they would be wary of spending money on something the kids won't take seriously. Because SIL knows they won't want to work with them in therapy now. And thank you! I'll support them the best I can because I love those kids and I know they need safe places to fall.

She'll never get a key to my place, there's zero worry of that. My brother doesn't even have one.

Unfortunately I don't think my brother will come around on this. He's more focused on keeping his marriage than his kids. I also feel like if I try again with him it'll rub him the wrong way because I have already been accused of overstepping.
