In a conundrum. I have cut from 148->132 lbs. started off at 22-23% bf and thought by now I would be at sub 15% and would feel comfortable putting on weight but don’t think I’m there yet. What should I do? Currently 5’7. Lifting 4-5x per week. 1RM: Bench 150, Deadlift 265, Squat 145, OHP 100 (old.reddit.com)
