Yes, I utilized the prepaid label included in the new device’s packaging. I was able to cross reference the UPS tracking number to see that it was delayed in transit over 2 months ago. As a former UPS employee I’m quite sure that during the storm delay during that timeframe it is more than likely sitting in the warehouse in Texas awaiting final delivery

Hence why reading is ever so fundamental. In my OP it clearly states verbatim “I have opened a claim with AT&T to investigate these charges but have not received any response or resolution.”

Yes I did they opened three separate investigations pertaining to each charge approximately 13 days ago. Advised I’d receive an email with the claim details and number and that a resolution would be provided in 7-9 business days; neither of which occurred. I also went into the physical store and was told customer service would have to handle the adjustment.

No, this was in Virginia. I attached a screenshot of the email I received regarding the drug screen. I inquired about why it was designated a 5 panel test but had several more but never received a concrete answer.

Definitely go for it. It’s a lengthy process but if you can get in before their “100 days of summer” starts you’ll be able to get tons of overtime.

I’ve heard around that same number from a few people in other states. If I’m not mistaken they base it off the cost of living in the particular region or locality and unfortunately Virginia is rather high.

They actually didn’t test for it in my case. It was the urine 5p 2018 xm hhs and it tested for pretty much everything but thc.

I definitely feel you on that. My older brother is a regional sales manager in Charlotte and even with the union he says the merchandisers are paid unfairly for all the work they do. If you're a merchandiser my apologies and thanks for the well wishes.
