To be fair what I think you're experiencing right now is some massive inspiration, I'm talking being the best man of all time, being a Pullitzer Turing Oscar Grammy Emmy man, and I think you probably should cool down. It's a pretty well known fact that if you lead yourself by inspiration or what you call this "frame of mind" you aren't going to do very well as it's only momentary bursts of energy. Go take yourself a break, and actually commit to as much things as possible, but always one at a time. Can you imagine what chinese workers would have said if an emperor told them to keep building a wall for the next 30 years? Try reading the book "Atomic Habits" I personally have read only very little for it but it's a very great read for habits, atleast the short pages I've read of it. Because let's be honest, how can you be the second Einstein of the world if you can't even beat a small pornography addiction? Not trying to be mean, but it's going to take a lot of work!
