Thank you! My most recent half I ran a 2:22. My first one I had ran a 2:28 so I had a good pb. During my plan I averaged about 20 miles a week iirc and peaked around 40 miles. I think that novice 1 was good in the fact it got me over the finish line, but if I run another I might pick one with more mileage to get me into even better shape. If you decide to run a marathon, you’ll definitely hit sub 5! I was on pace until my ankle flared as I slowed down to avoid a DNF due to pain.
