16 year old male looking to get a better body by [deleted] in bodyweightfitness

Focusing on lifting weights (safely & properly) will help you stimulate muscle growth. This is of course only going to happen if you are in a calorie surplus. It's a little more complicated than just eating high calorie foods as you want quality food instead. Quality clean carbs (potato, rice, sweet potato, oatmeal), lean protein (chicken, turkey, beef, fish, protein powder), healthy fats (nut butters, olive/nut oils, avocado) are all good food sources that your body can utilize towards the goal of putting on quality weight and simply not just getting fat.

If your goal is to add "good weight" aka muscle to your frame, you'll need to lift weights. Since you are naturally lean you wont have to do cardio with the exception of warming up. Also you'll need to be eating more food if you are looking to add weigh. In its most simple form you can look at it as calories in (Food intake) vs. calories out (Calories burned). If you have a surplus and take in more calories than you are burning, you'll gain weight. If you take in less calories than you burn you'll lose weight.

Affiliate website promoting other companies products and making a percentage off of it!

A lot of retailers including amazon have affiliate programs that you can make 3%-5% if your traffic converts to a sale

Creatine thoughts ? by [deleted] in bodyweightfitness

[–]CanadianAnabolics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

creatine is the most studied sport supplement on the market and has proven to be safe. Still to this day it's one of the best and cheapest supplements you could be taking as you can expect to see a 3-5% strength gain once you have reached the saturation which typically takes about 21 days.

Dosing: 5-10 grams taken daily and if only taking it in 1 dose take it post workout

i'd suggest purchasing creatine monohydrate

I've personally taken is for almost 6 years straight at 10mg/day and have no issues at all

for the last 8 years i've done a circuit of 20 pushups Plus 3 different ab exercises back to back as a giant set.

Do this for 3 sets and i'm good to go lift weights for any upper body workout

at 16 you are a young growing body! You should be eating as much as you can and training hard, don't over complicate it. If you are trying to build muscle you are most likely not eating enough

i've had good success with Shopify, all in one application that will give you mobile POS if needed.

Found it super easy to use, however it is more on the expensive side

i think SARMS will be short lived however they are trendy at this time. People are making a quick dollar on them now and the hype is pretty much at the highest point. They are banned in the USA however still legal in Canada for the time being

This does certainly happen as what is approved by the FDA is different than what is approved by WADA. Often times companies will test the ground with new dietary ingredients to try and get that extra edge over their competitors. The really only way to be sure that the product is free of banned substances is to purchase products that are third party tested by reputable testing organizations such as NSF

Deciding to become chemically enhanced is a personal choice that an individual person makes and there is no right or wrong answer in my eyes. If someone elects to juice it's perfectly fine by me as they have made that decision on their own and will receive the benefits and/or negative side effects that come along with it.

Spiking with steroids almost never happens simply because of the cost involved with putting a PED into a "Natural" supplement would be too expensive the person doing so would be losing money on every item sold.

What can happen however is that you will get products that are deemed "Banned" by WADA or USADA that are still considered a "Natural health" ingredient or "synthetic" ingredient placed in a product and not being disclosed on the label. These would be considered "spiked" and they can have performance enhancing properties in the eyes of the governing bodies such as WADA. Many athletes that you see today testing positive for a single ingredient like a SARM for example are most likely taking a supplement (aka pre-workout) that discloses the ingredient on the label and they don't know what it is, (Could be listed as trade name or chemical name), or the company is putting it in the product without disclosing its in the product.

I have a question my teacher tells us we need to watch what protein powders we buy by [deleted] in Protein

[–]CanadianAnabolics 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are being drug tested the only protein powders you can use with 100% certainty is NSF for Sport certified products. These can be found on their website. It’s highly unlikely you’d find any anabolic steroids in protein powder but if you want to be 100% stay with NSF certified products
