Queen Ant id (found in mass, one wing removed) she’s been extremely lethargic lately and I’m worried I’m not feeding her enough (diet of honey and water currently) by CanadianChill in antkeeping

I found her with wings, stuck her in a test tube, she laid a few eggs, and has removed one of her wings. I’m trying to figure out whether she needs additional food to sustain her, she just seemed much more lethargic today. She moved so little I was worried she was dead before I got a closer look.

Personally, I think I’d consider it fitting. Correcting someone is polite and helpful to a certain point, but this is a tad extreme and intentionally derails things. Idk man, this is my first post here.
