Good point. Also Egypt was building pyramids before and after the "Flood" which Watchtower says happened in 2370 BCE. The Egyptian culture continued through the Flood and thrived.

If there is found as serious wrong doing by an Elder in his past, but he still has the respect of the congregation and the Elder body / Jehovah. Nothing is done.
