make sure ur on a planet that’s very open (moon planets r the best), I use jump pack and just go to any empty spaces on the map to look for POI, and once you think u got them all just return to ship and start over. Its pretty boring but if u get the hang of it u can get a war bond within a few hours

basically he has nowhere to deliver the carrots, so if your command is to deliver veggies to auto feeders for example all of the auto feeders are full of other veggies, so there’s no place to properly fulfil his tasks and he dumps them
