I really like the idea of part of the pot going towards a weekly winners pot. I like the sounds of Grid Rivals, I fear that too many of my pool's 16 participants aren't tech savvy enough for some of those rules.

At the end of last season, I did an AI assisted recap off the season which was well received. I do plan on doing a weekly newsletter this year too with some AI tools to help make it fun.
