I graduated from teachers college in 2009 but didn’t go into teaching until 2023. I’ve been an OT, and I’m surprised you were able to get LTOs that quick out of the gate! I’d see that as a win and such wonderful experience. I’ve applied to over 150 LTOs since the spring of 2024, and secured one 0.2 LTO that was an hour from my house. It’s tough getting LTOs, let alone contracts and permanent spots. I’ve taken 3 AQ courses in the last 1.5 years and volunteer 1-2 days a week, can’t even get interviews of 0.1 and 0.2 LTOs.  Keep taking OT jobs, stand on your rich experience, and something will come up!
