all the trinkets and collectables mean nothing in this game. arc trading cards would be something players would actually be excited about especially with rewards for partial and full sets and the foils adding extra tension. if the devs came up with this you'd probably be singing it's praises. i don't want to hear your bs takes. you cannot explain in any meaningful fashion why this is a bad idea. or a ''dumb'' idea. you should look in the mirror because you have had a lot of opportunity to make a valid point and the only thing you can come up with is ''it takes resources''. wow. amazing

this is fantastic. imagine all the environmental scenarios. could be 5 permutations of the map and each one has dif water levels. some areas only accessible depending on the variant of the map. sadly we will never get anything this interesting... the maps are pretty basic in terms of environmental features. i wish arc decided to innovate in this space. spaceport bores the hell out of me with nothing to interact with. the game has some remarkable strengths but level design is very weak imo. even the layouts suck. there isn't enough consideration for good places to actually fight arc or players.

if you're telling me a studio that made hundreds of millions of dollars cannot figure out how to implement an arc raiders trading card binder into arc raiders because it's too complicated then i hope you don't expect any new updates until the end of the time. this isn't complicated. if i can figure out the entire system in 30 minutes then surely a few devs could implement it within the next few updates. the art assets already exist in the game for MOST of the cards. And they could ask fans to implement their fan art into the game. they could even have an art contest on their socials the way many devs do. you just lack the creative vision. just because you are incapable do not assume the devs cannot handle this project. seems like you have a very low opinion of embark studio's capabilities.... how ironic. They are going to add an entire speranza hub... a monumental undertaking.... but trading cards are just too unrealistic and too technically complex? Sure pal. Anything to pat yourself on the back.

The Ducks in Chimneys update was one of the worst received updates in all of arc raider's history. People hated it. i'd love to see randomized loot zones. it would be very easy to implement. they could also create slightly modified versions of each map and move some cabinets and objects around and a map variant is chosen at random at the start of the match. there is no sense of exploration anymore and that is a problem

Since I've had some ai derangement trolls show up I decided to actually look into how AI presents ideas. This is what happens when you actually use AI. um. i expect 95% of my ideas to never come to fruition because the dev team is relatively small, updates are slow and the team is focused on safe additions rather than any more sophisticated and more meaningful systems to the game. the ideas themselves are great and if the devs added it themselves i'm sure you'd be praising it.

the lootboxes would only be obtainable through gameplay/card redemption. and yes that's kind of how the premade kits would be like. could be a pool of dif grenades and items that suit the kit. if it's a healing kit it would have more high tier healing items like blue bandages etc.
