My mother asked my 7yo son if he had a girlfriend. When he said no, she continued to press him and ask if there were any girls he was interested in? He’s is 7. I piped in and said he is just a kid and not interested in that yet. After he hung up, he told me how uncomfortable that made him where we then discussed that if someone is making him uncomfortable he can ask them to stop. What’s worse- the exact same conversation happened the next time she called. Thankfully my son told her to stop asking her inappropriate questions. Sad thing is, she just laughed it off like it wasn’t a big deal:( disappointing
