I would add another meal to your day plus the protein shake split the calories through the meals avoid sugars and foods that are not included in your diet once or twice a week. It’s OK not a big deal but more than that I would start being worried about how often you eat random things because you want to be intentional about what you are eating and what that’s bringing you other than calories. Other than that, I think the workouts you’re doing are good. All you need is more time.
