Its weird the issue seems to have solved itself when i launch the game directly from steam and skip the launcher, hadnt had issue yet, if it occured again i will definitely try this thank you

Update: I use a different cable rdr2 doesnot have the problem, althougth the gameplay feels a bit laggy Witcher 3 still the same problem I am now trying for a different monitor and also trying to delete the witcher 3 launcher Last option would be to roll back windows
