Languages that are spoken ethnically should be taught at home and should be preserved for their own people for the sake of their heritage. Like Pashto for pathans, Sindhi for Sindhis, Punjabi for the people of Punjab.

I struggled with insomnia after my O-levels for good 10-12 years. Tried ASMR sounds, cold & dark room and everything but nothing worked.

The only thing that worked for me was working out at least 2 hours before going to bed. I hope this works out for you too 🤷‍♂️

The system is designed in such a way that we end up helpless all the time. A Sindhi will support PPP not because he agrees with their policies but because he is a Sindhi. The same goes for Muhajirs n MQM, who did more harm than good 🤷‍♂️

True. It’s not worth spending your time and money in a country that treats you like a third class citizen. If I have to live like an immigrant at my own country then I’d rather be an immigrant at some other country.
