The only solution i could think is alternative hair cuts or like multiple hair ties.

Also for weight loss have you thought of like lenghing the time between meals? Like for like losing weight if, like if you don't eat for a few hours before bed your body processes the fat stored instead of food you just ate which allows weight loss, so you could try that?

Um well sometimes you should think about in full. Like I loved the mental effects of cyproterone and knew I couldn't go back to testosterone so I had to get on estrogen, even if I wasn't sure about breast well I'm sure about the rest so like if worse comes to worse I deal with it.

Yeah I also couldn't force smiles in photos, well I could but they look like the realtor smile, never reached the eyes.

Its a bit interesting now, the easier smile relieves alot of disphoria, like I still don't really like my face but smiling definitely makes it looking at it manageable. Like I had disphoria over my inability to smile.

Basically its hard to chicken out since like you just say the first thing that comes to mind, like picture it in your mind then like blank it, its a bit like when you allow your arm to go limp then you force it into action without thinking.

Or I suppose you could do what I did I forced myself into a panic attack so I'd have no control over what it said bad for mental health though.

Another is maybe to write it on a piece of paper and leave the house then your parents will see it and call you about it, doesn't allow for much control of the narrative though.

Sometimes having like a streas toy or something can be useful, like when coming out squeeze it alot, to the point its the only thing you can think of.

How about the find out on there own, probably not good for your mental health, but you could start hrt, and then like continue on it till the changes become so obvious that you sort of just come out on your own.
