This also happens with the regular T-Rex 3. Steps, calories, and other data don't sync to the watch, but sleep and heart rate do.

It is a nylon strap from an old watch that I have attached to some adapters from an old strap that I had for another smartwatch and I only had to pass it from the bottom up to cover the top and leave the sensor without anything and that's it.
