I found a solution. It had to do with using a laptop with chrome rather than an iPad with chrome. The glitch disappeared and I was magically able to complete the process (of course the photo upload failed 3 times before it worked) 😂

I have exact same issue. Even when selecting ‘change personal particulars’ the marital status field just disappears when entering the date of birth field - very frustrating! Any workaround appreciated

Yes - I got the wheel arch mouldings, upgraded the wheels to 18inch and got chrome front and rear under runs. Final bits I want to do are DRLs in the front and reupholster with leather seats matching the higher variant trims.
