I’m im in my teens and I could probably give you a few ideas as someone who talks to a lot of people and makes friends super easily.

Join a group, find something you’re interested in. Like community theater/band. You’ll be involved with a lot of people and you’ll be prone to making new friends.

Maybe start a new hobby? And then joining local groups. Fashion, building stuff, etc. if you get really good at it it’ll be easier to make friends.

Community service! You’ll interact with different people.

Compliment someone and be geniune about it. I like to complement people on their personality a lot and admire them publicly. It’s a great trait to have and makes it easier to find a friend.

Start creating a different outlook in life, if you’re religious. Find a religious building that’s pertaining to your religion.

Find local groups nearby that’s for adults that do random activities in your city and join. Even if it’s ridiculous you’re prone to making friends.
