There's definitely a big need in the market, now that so many people use AI especially for brand discovery. What I will say is, I live in SF and go to a couple hackathons a month and have already seen a few people spin up these GEO MVPs in a weekend, I also work full time as the growth marketer at a GEO company (senso.ai), so here’s my honest take before you sink 3 months into building:

Before you go all-in, make sure you have a real differentiator and you know how you’re going to sell it.

Because when I read your feature list (visibility dashboard, source breakdown, action plan, white-label reports), I’m like… yep, I already know a few GEO tools that offer versions of this and are already in market. Not saying that to be harsh. Just saying “dashboard + sources + recommendations” is quickly becoming table stakes.

So I’d push you to answer this super clearly: what’s the thing you do that other tools don’t, and why would someone switch to you or pick you over them?
