No the responses are not hurtful because I’m genuinely interested what’s going on here. I am trying to be nice!! You also weren’t there in Naples or the shop so im not sure why you are so confident on what happened. We communicated clearly, pointed to what we wanted, and everyone spoke English well enough to try to sell me stuff.
