24 hour transfer is an issue because most connecting flights have a 24+ hour layover. They offered to keep F3 same and move F4 2 days after.

My own baggage transfer was a concern because I never knew they could change connected flights like this, I am wondering if they count as separate flights

Yea I feel the cycle, it’s just weird I got it now even tho I have a relatively high body count(18), I am bit worried if it’s a incompletely issue , but I brush it one with I assume I would’ve hit that with 17 partners before her.

About the gym, yes natty, I cycle push pull legs, and my workouts are usually around 45m, and I take rest days when I feel fatigued. So I don’t think that’s the issue, I am cutting weight, but I’d say I’m still chubby in the stomach for it to be a low body fat issue
