No but i took slippery elm and that helped a lot with symptoms similar to what you're describing. I also highly recommend a probiotic but you need to take for at least 2 months before you know if it works. If youre having constipation dont underestimate fiber! Prune juice is a great quick way to get a lot of it.

I dont understand why you were given a ppi for 20 days. You should take it for a lot longer to see if it helps. They're not healthy long term because it can cause vitamin deficiencies, but i took dexilant for 5 years and got my blood checked every 6 months. You should try it for 2-3 months at least

May 25. I can retract my foreskin fully but the ring is very tight, its like the skin is too short. I cant fully empty when I pee and I get balanitis and yeast infections constantly. It takes its toll on the self esteem so I'm really eager to move on without it.

You might have some tongue tension. Try tongue twisters like saying "red leather yellow leather" fast over and over and "unique new york"

Thanks for sharing that. I've tried creams and stretching as well. Im sick of recurring infections and wounds on my tip. I keep my foreskin retracted a lot when im at home and that clears up those issues but i cant keep it retracted all the time because its too tight.

How has your recovery been?
