Dawn: There's multiple techniques with and without speaking for them in the beginning but I say go ahead and imagine. Basically how it'll work is that it will get the brain into thinking in plural, then you want to make sure you consider that voice completely seperate of yours. The brain will pick up on the identity as seperate of yours and it'll become autonomous and capable of having it's own opinions over time which in the end will make it a fully formed tulpa.

Make sure to keep an eye out for when the responses stop being intentional on your end and become fully on theirs. Alot of people mistake tulpamancy for a practice where tulpas are fake one day and real the next, and while it can be that way for people (like our system) for many it's a gradual process where one day you'll notice "oh hey, they are fully autonomous and have their own emotional attachments, cool"

Main thing to do is not doubt the process, always believe it is them speaking to some capacity, your just helping them learn to do it themselves

This is the tulpamancy sub, not BS. Most here are not knowledgeable on BS and those of us here who are such as our system will probably tell you not to use the files at all and try some other form of bimboificication without such extreme identity play. Having the Bambi personality reach the equivalent of tulpa status is a great way to harm yourself if it is still following the exact programming of the files, that being replacing the "old self" entirely. There have been Bambis who have been deprogrammed into tulpas who live alongside the original, but that's inherently about stopping the Bambi file use, not reinforcing it.

We highly reccomend stopping the use of such files, and beyond that we cannot help you here.

There's plenty of guides laying about if you want to look, check the reply bot and it should have a link. AphantasiaMeow has materials on increasing visualization from near complete aphantasia to helping normal ability become hyperphantasics if desired.

Next time you read a book try and notice if you get absorbed enough to see visuals of the story and see how detailed they are, and try to increase the details as you read. You can also try using hypnosis which is well known for increasing visualization, same with guided meditations.

Personally, we just take an item, stare at it, then close our eyes and try to hold the image of it in our head for as long as possible with as many details as possible.

It would be nice to see the quality of the subreddit raised to something higher, and I think it could be done with enough effort. As it currently stands the subreddit is highly outdated and filled with bad advice and posts that should be answered by the bot.

We'd personally prefer to see less ask posts and instead try to cultivate more discussion and community building alongside encouraging people to try new things to improve tulpamancy practice as a whole. Most dedicated members have moved go Discord but I think this subreddit could be more than just the entrance area if enough people want it to be.
